New York Fairy Tale written by Jem Finer, starring Shane McGowan as The Pogues & Kirsty McCall. It’s not fair to compare it to Slow Horses, because that show is amazing. I just watched it for fun because I like Ben Whishaw.
Yes, it’s extremely unreliable and full of plot holes
My DH said it was absurd and he couldn’t compare it to Slow Horses. Since Slow Horses season 5 isn’t coming out for months, this is a good replacement. The trick is to not overthink it and get your popcorn ready.
He was definitely underwhelmed (lol)
I liked the chemistry between Knightley and Whishaw. That was enough to keep me interested. If DH was rating it, he would have given the show a 3.
